Dr. Hari Prasad Paudyal, Indian Classical Music Flutist, holds a doctoral degree in Music from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi ,India. He is an All India Radio High grade artist who has been invited and listed as a National Artist by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations.  An award-winning flutist, Hari Prasad has performed extensively at venues across India, Nepal, and Europe. He is a Performer, a Composer as well as a Teacher of various genres of Indian music. He is the Vice President of the Classical and Sacred Music Association, Basel, Switzerland.


Hélène Philippart

Hélène Philippart was born in Lyon - France, she has the double citizenship of France and Switzerland. She grew up in France and Morroco. In Morroco she started studying piano at the age of seven years. At the age of twelve she and her family moved to Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay in South America there she started to study the classical concert flute and, she graduated from the prestigious National Conservatory of Montevideo Uruguay. 


The career as professional musician of Hélène started at the Montevideo Philharmonic Orchestre.Her solo and ensemble career has given her the opportunity to gain as classical flutist :

 

  • In South America, the Festival of Bariloche - Argentina , in Quito Ecuador
  • Concerts in TV Appearance in National Television, Radio and theatres (solo)
  • In Europe : Invitation to the worldwide prestigious Festival “ Yehudi Menuhin „in Gstaad - Switzerland.
  • In Italy concerts in „ Castello di San Martino „ near Rome, in Florence and Courmayeur
  • Basler Symphony Orchestra in Basel - Switzerland, her home place.

  • At the Köln Conservatorium- Germany
  • Three years of Master classes with the Master teacher : André Jaunet in Zurich-Switzerland
  • Mozarteum in Salzburg - Autria
  • Private tutoring with Peter Lukas Graf - Binningen
  • Private tutoring with Aurèle Nicolet - Oberwil 

 

The latest project, she is realizing in a collaborative effort with Indian Classical flutist Sri Hari (Prasad ) Paudyal in Varanasi North India .There she is dedicated to the study of Indian Classical Hindustani music, playing the Bansuri the traditional Indian traverse flute.

 

Beside her career as musician and flutist, Hélène Philippart also graduated as an Artpsychotherapist with the Diploma of the Goldsmiths University of London , England and,  ITP Institute of Transpersonal Psychology  Bern, Switzerland. She is also a  'Journeys Practitioner' since 2008.
